For our Client, Company which has SSC structures on Krakow market we are looking for a candidate to position of General Ledger Team Leader with English.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing and developing a growing team of Accountants
- Providing professional and proactive day to day service with agreed SLA’s
- Providing process quality assurance, high quality various reporting
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Acting as first point of escalation for process related queries
- Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
- Actively working on a GL process responsibilities like the rest of the team
- Supporting preparation of Financial Statements and other reports
- Managing the processes, ensuring of accuracy and timely delivery of all activities
- Proven experience in managing the team as a Team Leader
- 3-5 years of experience in GL process
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
