For one of our Client, an international company which is transferring some proceeses to Krakow office, we are looking for HR&Payroll Administartor with German language. You will have the possibility to become a part of newly created team.
Tasks:
- Management of employee data in SAP
- Creation of requisitions in cooperation with worldwide placed managers
- Assist employees with inquiries about policies, procedures, and functions, benefits, payroll, unemployment, leave of absence etc.
- Provide payroll support for various EMEA countries related to payroll outputs, reports, pay slips ,
- Conduct compliance check for payroll and cooperate with vendor
- Focus on continuous improvement through shared knowledge and lessons learned
-2-3years of experience on simmilar position in HR/Payroll department
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1)
- Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
- Understanding of payroll terms, procedures, experience with process documentation
- Advanced Excell skills, knowledge of SAP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
