For our Client, a SSC that is based in Kraków, we are looking for HR Partner.
You will be responsible for:
- Share communicates and implements human resources strategies and initiatives in HR areas
- Builds and maintains influential relationships by being a partner with management and an employee advocate
- Close cooperation with Managers regarding employee relations and other HR matters
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain all employees documents for Polish branch
- Drive contact with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate research or participates in special projects (benefits, well being programs)
- Minimum 6 years of experience as HR Generalist/ HR Partner
- Able to successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions
- Very good English
- Passionate about HR
- Very good knowledge of Polish labour law and HR policies
- Strong interpersonal skills
