For our Client - international well-known company, we are looking for candidates who would like to take a position of HR Support Analyst (SAP).
You will be responsible for:
- Responsible for maintenance and support of assigned HRIS System.
- Provides tier 1 and tier 2 support for HR inquiries.
- Supports system upgrades, reviews new features, encourages adoption of new features.
- Provides analysis and input to required enhancement, fixes, providing recommended solutions and alternatives that meet the requirement.
- Troubleshoots unexpected system behavior and looks for solutions.
- Prepares testing scenarios and test scripts for HIRS system.
- Maintains knowledge base, understands system data structure and continuously improves documentation and training materials.
- Prepares scheduled and ad-hoc reports, is able to interpret the data and draw conclusions.
- Cooperates with IT and IT vendors on HRIS specific topics.
- University Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Technology Solutions
- Fluent English is a must
- Knowledge of SAP
- Technical knowledge related to HR systems or general IT systems
- Experience in customer care within international environment will be an advantage
- Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
