For our Client, new Company on Krakow market which is building a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of Junior Buyer with Swedish.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for receiving and transmitting requests
- Processing PO in the system
- Solving issues related to invoices
- Develpment of procurement policies and processes
- Reporting to the management
- Verification of internal clients needs
- Cooperation with other branches
- Implementation of global standarization
- Checking qualiy of service provided by suppliers
- Cost optimization activities through saving initiatives
- Higher education (Bachelor Degree)
- Experience in customer service
- Fluent knowledge of English and Swedish language
- Ability to work with clients
- Very good communicatgion skills
- Accuracy in work and sbility to handle multitasking situations
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
