For one of our clients based in Krakow we are looking for HR Specialist who will be responsible for supporting employees in Krakow office.
Responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with external payroll vendor, preparing data for payroll input and reports
- Handling all personal administration tasks
- Payroll and personnel administration documents’ flow management
- Entering and updating data in HR system
- Preparing documents regarding employees’ life cycle
- Verifying employees’ work time evidence (time sheets)
- Ensuring all data is delivered and process is run in accordance with set timeline
- Preparing, updating and reviewing procedures, process descriptions, guides
- Answering employee’s questions
- Maintaining sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
- 1- 2 years of work experience in HR Administration/Payroll area
- Knowledge of labour law and regulation(work time, income tax, social security regulations, social fund)
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
