For one of our clients we are looking for an experienced Financial Transformation Project Manager who will support programme implementation in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Support programme team with project management
- Proactively engaging stakeholders through clear communication, managing their understanding and involvement, delivering results through others
- Actively demonstrating focus on business requirements and understanding of the end-to-end process
- Together with the project team ensuring delivery of project objectives
- Ensuring project documentation is robust and in place
- Proven experience of delivering transformation projects, preferably in Financial sector (SSC/GBS/ BPO)
- Very good knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting processes
- Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools
- Good command of English (at least B2 level)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and use of its formulas
- Communication skills and ability to deliver results through others
- Very good stakeholder’s management skills
- Ability to understand cross-department process flows
- Strong analytical skills and very good problem solving
- Experience in working with SAP system would be a plus
