For one of our Client, an international company which has a SSC structures built in Krakow, we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Advisor with German. You will have the possibility to become a part of newly created team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing all HR documentation (from hire to retire)
- Supporting managers about procedures and internal solutions
- Processing data input to the systems
- Answering for employees questions (mainly via emails)
- Identifying improvement opportunities in the process
- Preparing reports for internal purpose
- Experience on simmilar position in HR department
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of German (min C1)
- Communicative knowledge of English (min B1/B2)
- Corporate experience, customer service experience will be an adventage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
