For our Client, an international and well-known company, we are looking for an experienced Accountants willing to grow in ERP implementation team.
Scope of duties:
- Planning, designing and executing the deliverables for the modules entrusted to you in the team
- Design the new “to-be” processes in MS Dynamics 365 for your track together with external and internal support team
- Schedule/conduct relevant workshops as needed with stakeholders or Internal project stakeholders
- Prepare Test scripts for processes to be tested – relevant training will be given to you
- Involve in other tracks for all cross functional areas as necessary wherever there is overlapping between Finance/HR/Procurement as per communication from the functional Project Manager
- Co-ordination with the Finance consultants
- Being a part of the training team in upcoming phases during Pilot and cluster roll outs of MS Dynamics365
- Ensure correct and cleaned Master data is uploaded to D365
- Documentation of all global setup in a Runbook/Handbook for Module Administration in ERP
- Experience in Finance/ Accounting or in finance areas
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX or D365) will be a plus
- Advanced English
- Keen interest and willingness to train others as you will be required to train Local business and service centre during Pilot and subsequent cluster roll outs
- Curiosity to try out new features and a lateral thinking process
- Agile - Ability to manage pressure efficiently. Plan the work for each sprint and execute the action items by having proper prioritization
