For our Client, new Company on Krakow market wchih is building a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of Administrative Assistant.
Daily responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact between the managers and internal or external colleagues
- Organizing meetings, booking meeting rooms, managing the agenda
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Providing support to the Manager with presentations, planning creation, correspondence
- Maintaining the flow of the work and looking for ways to improve current administrative processes
- Preparing complex reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Higher education (Bachelor Degree)
- 1 year of experience in similar role (Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administartive Assistant)
- Previous experience in corporate international environment
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- Ability to work independently in multicultural environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Perfect communication skills, proactive, reliable and initiative personality
- Notable knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingnes to work fo EMEA and US time zones
